First impression: looks like a purse and is quite big. Handles are a bit flimsy. This said, the lunch bag is very pretty (too pretty almost for a lunch bag ;-) and the bottle fits perfectly in the side compartment. What I like most is that there are 2 pockets (1 outside with a zipper and 1 inside with mesh material) Also, the water bottle goes in the dishwasher and is easy to clean.

This is a great bag in that it’s cute, stylish, roomy, and easy to clean. The only downside is that the zipper across the top of the bag doesn’t go all the way across, so there are gaps at each end of it, allowing the cold to escape. I combat this with extra ice packs, but it definitely wasn’t a good design feature. Overall though, it’s a great lunch bag.

I just got this and it looks great. However, the water bottle is pictured with an agitator. Mine did not come with one. I would love to know how to get one for my bottle since I technically have paid for it.

Love this lunch bag. I replaced my older one that is exactly the same. Worked over 3 years. Sadly bottle did not come with it this time, even though it showed that it did.

I like the product when I unpacked it, but the water bottle was supposed to have a little pink mixer piece for protein drinks in it, as pictured in the ad. But the little pink mixer piece was not present when I unpacked the water bottle. I would have given this product a higher rating had it been delivered complete. I was wanting to use this bottle for protein shakes so I am very disappointed that it was missing the mixer piece.
