I seriously feel like Amazon is being review Nazis with product reviews... but here we'll go again (which by the way, I'm taking off a star for false product info).I got this shipped and sold by Amazon for about $200. Arrived within 2 days. Nothing was broken. I had 10 pictures posted in my original review, before whoever decided not to publish my original review, and right now I don't feel like taking pictures to upload for this one.Product looks just like the stock photo. This is not bone china or fine china... this is stoneware, and it might possibly even be porcelain; but it's too heavy and not translucent for bone china, so that's an FYI. The whole set is very lovely, with purple roses. The dinner plates do not stack uniformly, but that's not a big deal, and it's to be expected (again, it's stoneware). They are quite heavy too, if you are one of those people who think fine china has a heavy weight, then you'll like this set. It's been glazed, as you can see your reflection on the plate. There's a matching teapot that I recommend you get online somewhere else because the teapot that's sold on Amazon by a third-party seller has been price gouge. I got the matching teapot for $18, FYI... use Google.The set is made in China, and the company is located in Hong Kong. On the bottom of each item there's a logo of a swan, and the name of the brand. As porcelain goes, this is a lovely set. It might even last you as a "heirloom" set, if you take care to not microwave it and to handwash it clearly after any use (and of course, if you use them infrequently). Of course, if you're looking for quality, you'll have to go with a brand like Noritake.

Paid a lot of $ and two cups were broken when I opened the box even though there was no damage on the shipping box. Beautiful set though.

This set was Exactly what I wanted! Arrived with one broken piece, but I'm sure I can get a replacement for it, so not a big deal. I never bought fine china before, because I couldn't find a purple rose pattern, and that was what I wanted. This is it! This set will be part of all our future holiday dinners.

I bought this set for "every day", so I had something beautiful to look forward to every morning and this set did not disappoint.It is NOT microwave safe due to the trim, it is exactly what I wanted to use to enjoy my meals and I wash them by hand to keep them looking new.

Love the new dish set with vegetable bowl, platter, creamer and sugar bowl. Good quality and a look of elegance for everyday!Kudo's to Amazon: I reported that one dish had come broken in the box and they sent another whole set to replace that one dish as they don't have a way to replace one dish. I called to see if it was a mistake but was told no, to keep the 2nd set.Gotta love Amazon!

Arrived tonight so I can't speak to long term durability, but they were a LOT thicker and studier than I had anticipated. Really great set and really great deal!!! I am thrilled. Please bring them back into stock so I can buy a second set! Thnxxxxxx

Nice looking design, and the details shouldn't wear off if you wash with soft sponge or delicate in dishwasher every once in a while.

Very pretty pattern and great price. The gold trim adds to the beauty of the dinnerware. They do not stack evenly like very expensive fine china (but nobody eats off of the lead containing "fine" china either anymore). I would recommend hand washing these and not putting them in the microwave as well. They were well packed and arrived on time with no damage.

I will give them a 5 its beautiful it came with a broken teapot and l sent it back and they sent me a replacement promptly. The customer service is good
