Nice heavy duty thread.I bought it to repair a torn seam in my convertible top. The color is just as represented in the photos. Very heavy duty.I'm currently using it to hand sew the seam with the top still on the car. But I don't see why it wouldn't run well through my industrial machine.

The thread did break on me once or twice, but then I was using it on a very heavy Dacron sail, so that may have played a part. I just needed something to sew the bottom of my batten pockets so the battens wouldn’t fall through. I used cheap, dirty stitches, but it seems to be doing the job. Time will tell if it holds up to the sun.

By the picture, I assumed that this would work on my home machine. States used with commercial or home machine. The spool won't fit on my machine. It is the size of a serger spool. I haven't opened spool so don't know about quality. I will have to send back. This is the only thread for outdoor use that I found.

This is definitely a value thread, more for bobbin use not top stitch. The twist is very loose and opens easily so it does not make a good thread for top stitch on leather work. I'll be using to refill bobbins as it will be fine for that, just wish the twist had been tighter and firmer so it could be used for both.

Bought two rolls of thread, one white the other black. As soon as I peeled the wrapper off the entire spool slumped(both spools). It is far too loosely wound and will not unspool without help. You can't sew with a machine because it keeps knotting.Hopefully I can return it.D
