Solid, works well
This attachment reduces or prevents kinking in your garden hose at the faucet. Kinks both restrict the flow of water and tend to break the hose. The brass part swivels freely even after the unit is attached firmly to the faucet, allowing you to change the direction it is pointing without having to detach it. I have found that to be very convenient.

Works great on my washing machine, the angled hoses I tried caused hammer from the angle being to small in diameter. These fit the purpose.
