This Hub Means Business
This ain’t your average flimsy USB hub. This thing is a workhorse. The build is solid—sleek, sturdy, and feels like it could survive a drop or two without flinching. You can plug in everything from HDMI, USB-A, USB-C, and more, and it doesn’t even break a sweat. No lag, no weak connections, just smooth, reliable performance. The best part? It keeps your setup clean. No unnecessary lights flashing, no bulky design hogging desk space. It blends in perfectly with the rest of your gear. I’ve thrown multiple devices at it—monitor, external drives, peripherals—and it handles them all like a champ. No overheating, no connection issues. If you need a hub that’s all function, no BS, and looks good while doing it, this is the one.

Great hub with great value...
I wanted a USB-C hub that can support my triple monitor setup but most hubs out there do not have another available USB-C port that I could use for connecting my phone. As a result, I would generally have to carry another USB-A to USB-C cable for connecting stuff like my phone. As this was on sale and was cheaper than my previous hub, I bought one of these without hesitation. The size of this is slightly wider than my older hub, but it does come with two separate USB-C ports (1 for charging the hub and the laptop, the other one is data-only). The Ethernet works great and has a Realtek chipset that was able to saturate my ISP link on both my Windows and Android device (yes, it works with Android out of the box without any additional setup or drivers). It also does not have any issues with cutting out even when my external monitors are drawing close to 2.5A on the USB ports on the hub (bringing the voltage down closer to 4.5v), whereas my old hub would keep resetting if I tried using the Ethernet jack at the same time without any external power source via USB-PD.Even with that much current draw, it hardly produces any heat and is much cooler to the touch than any of my previous hubs. Based on this, it looks like it was nicely made and built to last.

Good looking product; needless shortcuts
It has the ports I sought and is good looking. But it didn't include the USB-C cable required to power the device, and the manual was both incomplete and wrong. The manual illustrated that one of the three USB ports was a USB 2.0 rather than USB 3.0 port. But the product itself shows all three are USB 3.0. Which is mislabeled? Probably the manual, but this didn't inspire confidence. Nor did the missing cable and lack of description in the manual about the purpose of the power delivery port. With a gazillion competitors competing in this USB hub product segment, there is no excuse for these omissions and discrepancies.Addendum: I originally gave this product two stars, but I'm now upgrading it to four stars. I misunderstood how the charging port worked. On my previous hub, there were separate wires to connect to a data port and a wall power outlet. This one appears to use the same wire for both purposes. I am still taking one star off for its relatively poor and inaccurate manual.

Very handy on the go, great use for tablets
Works just as advertised; it is very fast to connect, and it even works with my tab S9 ultra, which is what I bought it for but was hesitant to trust. With that being said, even Ethernet works on the tablet with it, as well as full functionality for any USB device or display you connect to it. The connector being a USB-C port gives it a lot of versatility, and can be a very handy tool in your bag. Great bang for your buck. The dedicated USB-C port for power delivery is also amazing, and has been super helpful with charging my laptop and tablet while using it. With microSD and SD support as well, I don't see a reason not to get this if you need a travel USB hub, a spare hub, or if you want to use this on your desk as your main hub, as it does not take up much space!

Glitchy at Best
Garbage. I foolishly purchased a second one after the first one seemed glitchy. My dual screen setup would unreliably turn on. Other peripherals would not communicate. Save your money. Don't bother. Try another brand.

If ethernet port doesn't work, individual unit itself is a dud; not the product overall
In case this is helpful to anyone else...on the first unit I got, everything worked great except the ethernet port, which didn't work even though the ethernet cable worked just fine in another hub I own. This always makes me nervous because sometimes it's the product itself that just doesn't have a working feature, especially a tech gadget where the brand isn't a household name.Happily, it works just fine in the replacement unit, so it was just that the first unit itself was a dud. And this is working great for what I need it for...a hub for the 2018 MacBook Pro I just upgraded to that will take both my USB-A mixer and the USB-C adapter for my headphones...AND have them both on the same side so it can be tucked up against the side of the desk easily! (A lot of the others only have a charge/power-only PD USB-C port, and this is the only one of the few I've found with a USB-C data port that has it on the same side as a USB-A.) And as a bonus, I now have a working ethernet port for those times where I want to direct connect to the router for faster and more consistent speed than wifi!
