RESIONE G217 Clear 3D Printer Resin ABS-Like Non-Yellowing Tough&Rigid Resin for DLP MSLA LCD 3D Printing(Tranparent,500g)

Fantastic stuff, if rather pricey.The trick is to print, wash and cure and then rub down with fine (2000+) wet & dry to achieve a smooth, if frosted, finish. Then dip the print back in the resin and allow to drain before curing it a second time.Prints will then appear crystal clear.

After two failed attempts I visited the Resione website, the product needs extended exposure times over what you'd normally give for a transparent resin, even longer if the resin is at less than 25°C This is a very viscous product, for my next attempt I plan to preheat the resing to 25°C The bed, next to the tank, of my printer runs at 27°C so all should be good once the printer has warmed up.Once I had the settings from Resione, they supply for Chichubox, and other slicers, a file that you can import, everything worked fine.I may have over post-cured my first print (10 mins), still a tinge of yellow after 24 hours. A second print that I post-cured for 6 mins is back to "water white".

Firstly, I’d like to say that this resin has a fantastic appearance when it works, and is exactly as described - no yellowing, with a hint of blue. Though expensive, if it works as advertised.Unfortunately every print I ran with this resin failed to some degree - some failures were only noticeable after they’d finished, others were catastrophic and wasted a full build plate.I have a pretty strict process when it comes to switching resin, but no amount of vat cleaning, re-levelling or tweaking could produce a successful print.I used the settings file for my printer (Elegoo Saturn 2) from the Resione website, but I think the issue lies with the viscosity of the resin. It’s far thicker than any other resin I’ve tried, being more of a gel than a liquid.Since dialling in my printer, it has been almost flawless with prints with a wide selection of resins. For this reason I cannot recommend this one as it’s too expensive for the amount of wastage caused by failed prints.

I've never had a failure with this resin and it's the best clear I've ever tried with ZERO yellowing. Their recommended standard settings worked great on my Saturn2 8K and my Saturn 3 Ultra (even at 120/210 speed). I do add a 4 second wait before printing to let things settle as this is a thicker resin. If you bunch supports very close together, you will get pooling of resin and gummy areas, so take this into account in slicing and supporting your files.

光量が足らないプリンターでもうまくいくとおもいます。設定は弄る必要はあります。

Whoever complains about this resin didn’t get something right in their calibration. It is superior to Siraya clear V2. The translucency between the two are night and day. My settings with G217 were very close to what I use for Siraya blu emerald. It is stronger than emerald too. Great product!

使用機種: Elegoo MARS4 ultra（※同社のPFAフィルムに交換）公式推奨の設定でプリントできましたが、剥離抵抗が大きく初期層のような広い面が剥離するときは凄い音がする。そのせいかフィルムにもくっきり痕が付いてしまった。二次硬化前はシリコンのように柔らかいため、変形しやすく千切れやすい。故に作品とサポートの接点は太めにしたほうが、成功率や精度は上がると思う。（サポートを自分でモテリングするのもあり）二次硬化後はノーマルレジンと同等かそれ以上に硬い印象。9Kプリント(XY18μ)には対応していると思う。微細な車のライトのレンズの線も再現できてて驚いた。寧ろプラモデルの物より細かく、プリントしたとは思えない出来映え。黄変はまだ未評価。今のところ青よりの透明。後にUVカット塗装して、作品保護と艶出しをするつもり。
