This tea helps me tremendously.
So glad I can get this on Amazon now. Just amazing. Soothing on the gut. Doesn't taste too terrible specially when mixed with some raw honey when it's just lukewarm.

It really works!
This tea is amazing! After just drinking it two times a day for two days, my chronic digestive issues are gone! No more pain after eating, no bloating or gas. It helps with diarrhea and constipation that can accompany diverticulitis and IBS. I wish I had ordered it two years ago when I first found out about it, instead of living in pain. Each tea bag can be used twice and the tea is delicious hot or cold.

My doctor doesn’t want me to use this because of my asthma . I was not aware it could cause issue.

Not as good as reviews
This did not work for me as others experienced. It is somewhat soothing. However in the evening it sometimes caused heart burn. It's a blend of herbs and teas and if I'd known I wouldn't receive the results some had, I wouldn't have purchased.

Saved me from going back to the hospital!
I cannot say loud enough what a lifesaver the tea and the slippery elm were, and are. I was hospitalized twice for complicated diverticulitis in the span of 5 weeks. I got out and after being on round after round of antibiotics, I was hoping I was fixed. The minute my antibiotics were done, I started having pain again. I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I would need surgery. So much pain, and nothing worked. Then I was on a forum and saw people who had been suffering with diverticulitis saying that Rachel's Tea, slippery elm and their Pain Free Foods program was a lifesaver. I had nothing to lose so I ordered the combo on Friday, got it on Sunday and immediately had the tea and took some slippery elm with my meal. It helped immediately. I ended up going to their website and signing up for their program and it's been life changing. I went for a colonoscopy four months after doing the plan and instead of saying, we need to talk about surgery, they said, Looks good, see you in ten years! If you suffer from diverticulitis and are really frustrated at how little our medical experts can tell you, get the tea, get the slippery elm and check out the Pain Free Foods folks at Rachel's Tea. It literally changed my life
