Extremely comfortable, great value
These are the best deal on shoes ever! Extremely comfortable and easy to slip on and off. I’ve had them for 5 or 6 months and wear them as often as I can. I tried to put on my old Sketchers after wearing these and the Sketchers were so uncomfortable in comparison I actually threw them out. I knew I would never willingly wear them after getting used to these Whitin shoes. I have worn these to work, somewhat against the dress code, because they are so much more comfortable than my dress shoes I could not bear to change. The tongue of the shoe is actually just one piece with the whole shoe body, which means it doesn’t get crumpled up and you can slide on a shoe with just one hand using the ample sized finger loop. This makes this particular model shoe even more convenient than others by Whitin with a separate tongue. Note that the laces are not just decorative: you can adjust them well, but because of the shoe stretch you never need to h tie them. These are great for walking or riding the bike. I personally would not use them for running; I’d worry they’d slide around a bit. But I guess I haven’t tried.Overall they look nice! But I find it’s hard to match the tan rubber color to things; I wish I’d got the black soles or grey. Next time!

Super wide! Outstanding value.
These were a great find. I was skeptical because of the brand and price, so I have waited 5 months to write this review.I am a woman with big, wide feet. Finding shoes is a pain, as not many styles are offered in a Women’s 11W. I often resort to buying men’s shoes in gender-neutral styles.I always wear a women’s 11W, but for some reason I always need a 10 to 10.5 in men’s shoes. I first ordered these in a 10, but they were too big. I sized down to a 9 and the length is perfect. My husband has a 9 in the regular width of these shoes. They are slightly too narrow on me. These are slightly too wide, but still wearable. The shoes are a great material and very stylish. They show minimal wear after 5 months. (I only wear them 1-2 times a week.)The only con is my big toenail sometimes gets sore wearing these. The same thing happens with Crocs. I think it’s due to the up and down roominess of both kinds of shoes.Overall, I definitely recommend this particular style.

Not very durable but good budget barefoot shoes for walking.
These are a great first pair of barefoot shoes especially for walking. For running they don't work for me but milage may very. If you have the money then I would get something more durable like Vivobarefoot, Feelgrounds, Groundies, Be Lenka, etc.Durability - I wore these delivering pizzas for around 30 hours a week. The tread went flat in a few months. I kept wearing them and they lasted me about 11 months before the soles split and water got in. At some point the sole also started rolling over itself a bit which I felt slightly while walking. On the outside the treading all looks good but on the inside it's falling apart a bit. For $40 I can't really complain, but it is a little wasteful to have to replace your shoes once or twice a year.Comfort - if you like cushy shoes then these are a big adjustment. Once you get used to them, they are super comfy for walking; they really feel sort of barefoot. For running they don't really work for me because when I tighten down the laces, the tongue folds over and becomes a pressure point. They have thin, flexible, somewhat soft soles; I would not want to step on a nail in these but they provide great ground feel. The toe box is nice and wide so they don't squeeze my toes.

Never going back to normal shoes - 360k steps later
After approximately 360k+ steps I can say I love these shoes and will never return to normal shoes.Sizing: I wear a size 9.5 in most standard shoes (this gave me about 3/4 of an inch of toe room. My go to’s prior were ON clouds and Adidas ultraboosts. I initially bought these in 9’s and felt that they were a tad too roomy so I downsized only to find they felt a little tight for comfort. Then I realized in the product listing the insole is intentionally removable so I removed it and found I had the perfect fit.Comfort: They are extremely comfortable you can feel how much they flex with your foot and how much more grip you get on the ground. The extra grip they give is great. The soles are thin so be prepared to feel the ground below your feet. The material seems pretty durable so far and very airy. They initially give a borderline uncomfortable amount of width for your feet but your feet quickly adapt.Quality: Not much to say. All the stitching is good. All glue seems to hold well. The rubber is flexible and shows no signs of tearing. The material itself seems good quality and is somewhat similar to what is used in ultraboosts but a little thicker and a little less elastic, but still just as breathable.Other notes: I got some elastic laces. I canning recommend this enough, the nature of the shoe makes it REALLY easy to slip on. Add some quality elastic laces and it just makes life so easy.Additionally, after wearing them for a weak I did have some muscle aches and pains but I managed to work through it and they dissipated after a week or so. Don’t push your body too hard initially. I’m in the work of physical therapy so I was able to manage my muscles a bit better than the average person likely would. After week two I suddenly regained the ability to spread my toes on command which I’ve never been able to do. I also have chronic back pain. I DO NOT recommend these if you have back pain BUT in my case they did help which I attribute to the fact that a flat shoe is less likely to put your low back into excess lordosis.Disclaimers : These are worth every penny but you should definitely transition slowly if you don’t often walk barefoot. Biomechanically speaking they place much greater stretch and strength demand on your calves so you should assess your calf strength. I’m also about 135lbs so they might wear slower for me than someone who weighs more.
