I went to see Dr Platt several years ago and at the time I had Lyme disease, with mast cell activation and dysautonomia. He proscribed this cream and it changed my life. Overnight I felt a huge improvement, it calmed all of my symptoms down and allowed me to function again. Fast forward 25 years and it is happening again, and I remembered Dr Platt and his remedy and tried it again and sure enough it's working again! So if you have bad allergies this cream is very effective at calming your mast cells and improving your enzymes (DAO) to fight histamines. It's definitely worth a try when you start having reactions to everything. It's saved me twice now from serious issues. I can't recommend it enough!Thank you Dr. Platt!

If you haven't already read Dr. Platt’s two books, Adrenal Dominance and The Miracle of Bio-identical hormones, that are great primers prior to using this product.I have felt the effects of hypoglycemia and adrenal fatigue since I was in college and probably prior to that time too. That’s just where I can say I know it was manifesting.I have fainted in public, had dizzy spells, ADD, been overweight, had anxiety that has gotten much worse as an adult, TMJ, and a chronic back and neck problem for years. When I heard your description of adrenal dominance on the Bulletproof podcast I was extremely interested.Because of my son’s health issues I’ve been studying natural health for 16 years. I studied with a famous Amish master herbalist in person for years. I then did an online program studying herbs and naturopathy.I read a whole book years ago on adrenal fatigue and I have done my best to moderate mine with diet and supplements with moderate success.I started using your cream and within one day could see a marked improvement in the pain in my neck. I have an exercise that I’m supposed to do every day where I lay flat on my back on the ground and put a device under the small of my back and another under my neck. I rarely do it because it hurts so much, and I find it so hard to relax. I did it a few days after I started your cream and it didn’t hurt at all, and I was able to relax starting right away and continued to do so during the whole process. I’m supposed to do it for 15 minutes and I normally start looking at my watch after 5 minutes. On this occasion I didn’t look at my watch until after 14 minutes had passed.I could also tell that my anxiety had improved. I notice it on and off all day. I’m less angry, and I wouldn’t have said I was an angry person to begin with, but I can still tell a difference. I am much less grumpy behind the wheel.This morning I could feel myself getting anxious because I was pushing myself to hurry. I wouldn’t normally notice that because I’ve been living that way, but now I don’t. I used calming self-talk to reduce my anxiety.I’m much less tired in the afternoon too.This knowledge and product have truly been life changing. I am so grateful.

I purchased this in June, great product! I use it to keep my progesterone up as we are trying to conceive. I purchased this a second time in January and when I used it I noticed a gritty texture. I emailed the company who responded quickly and stated there was an issue with a new machine and this happened to some bottles. They asked for my address and shipped me a new bottle! I received it about 2 weeks later. They also emailed me a copy of an ebook about the product and it's uses. Very happy with the support!

I think I have written no more than a handful of Amazon reviews in my life, but using this cream has been nothing short of miraculous for my interstitial cystitis, IBS, restless leg syndrome, leg cramps, and occipital migraines. I've been using it for about a month and my pain is GONE. I have tried so many other approaches and supplements and gone to so many different practitioners without relief until now. It turns out the root cause of my problems is excess adrenaline. Type A/stressed out people use up the glucose needed by the brain at a high rate, causing the body to release adrenaline to raise blood sugar levels. This also happens to people who eat too many "bad carbs" because insulin spikes, and then blood sugar crashes. Chronic adrenaline release causes muscles to tighten and lactic acid to buildup. It also causes urinary urgency and reduced blood flow to the intestines, resulting in digestive problems. Most people with IC suffer from all these conditions.Very few MDs or NDs know about the Platt Protocol or that you need to use at least 50 mg of progesterone cream to block adrenaline. You also need to reduce the bad carbs in your diet and add coconut oil or MCT oil as a brain fuel. You also need to note if using the cream immediately before meals makes you feel more jittery. I like that I can sleep all night when I use the cream.

I'm a regular buyer of this product as it helps to balance my hormones. It also helps with my MCAS and insulin resistance. However, I have to use quite a lot of it to get the intended effect - it definitely feels like I've built tolerance. I'm knocking off 2 stars for the price point and truly how little you actually get in the bottle. I'm of the belief that the bottle size contributes to false advertising. Why do I say this? Well, I had run out so decided to cut the bottle in half to see if I could scoop the last bit out. Imagine my surprise when I find the bottle to be completely clean and empty, not even a smidge of cream. And no pump going down into the bottom of the bottle. Rather, a very small closed off reservoir at the top. I then checked and saw the product is advertised as 3oz. Yep that checks out. Do you know how small 3oz is? The size of a shot glass. I believe the product should be sold in a much smaller container and price reduced accordingly.
