Hello i'm 5'1, 240 lbs with a 40DDD, what would be best size suggestion?

I'm 5'4 but about the same in the other measurements, I got a 3XL because I wanted it to be loose. I agree with the other person about the feel of the fabric, but that's to be expected with spandex/polyester, I think. I can't say much for whether it's flattering though, I'm wearing it under a bodice and additional layers of skirts

I’m 5’2 and it was dragging on the ground for me. I would assume that if you put it on, the dress would come up to your ankles or just below.
