Updated below: I really loved this pillow when I first received it. Great support and comfort but after having it for a little over two months now it is not very comfortable. The support is gone unless I am constantly trying to fluff and adjust it. It is flattened.Updated review!The customer service is amazing! This took a few times of adjusting the filling, which was very easy to do, but found the right comfort level!! Comes with own pillow cover made of a very smooth comfy cloth. Highly recommend!
