I have 4 terriers with beards. One particularly likes to immerse his face in the water bowl and drench the surrounding area. I had tried all ways to counteract this but failed. Until I bought this. Don’t get me wrong there is still a little water splashed outside the bowl area but not much. The reservoir under the bowls collects so much of it . Very easy to keep clean. Sturdy enough not to get knocked over . In a word , brilliant

I have had this now for several weeks and thrilled by the lack of spillage, slobber and food splattered everywhere on walls and floor from my giant mastiff. So easy to clean. It is far too low for a large dog and i suspect most people looking at this product will have a large jowelled slobberer like mine. I have put an old wooden drawer upside down underneath to elevate it (about 8 inches tall) and whilst it doesn't look pretty, does the job perfectly. Can highly recommend the product but i really think the manufacturer should join the dots and make it so it can be elevated
