The teas are easy to brew. I mean, its pre bag tea, it kind of hard to complicate it lol. But the flavor is decent, not too strong or over powering as i have seen other detox teas do before. It does help with bloating but please do not confuse this with a quick weight loss hack for crazy longterm fat loss results. I am currently working on adding more fiber to my diet and with that comes some adjustments and this tea is helping mitigate some of the side effects of more fiber on a less than stellar system. So if you are on a health journey this can help you feel better as you adjust your diet very well which can help you stick to the better choices rather than falling back into old habbits. The only thing i dislike about this bundle is the cup. Seriously, who puts a plastic cup with a water that requires boiling water? But i consider the cup free with the tea so i dont judge the tea for the cup being ill prepared. Its still cute, just not for this tea.

So far I am loving the flavor of this tea. I have experienced appetite suppressants a bit not as snacks and I usually am. Try it!

One would assume if a cup is being sold with a hot beverage, that it would be able to withstand the temperatures, clearly I was mistaken and have completely melted my straw 😢 I read the paper inside the cup and didn't see it say not to use with hot water so I had no idea. Really sad I love the design.

This tea is easy to make and tastes great. You feel better with each glass. The cup is strong and pretty colors. Machine washable.

The tea came as intended. The cup that was part of the deal was not the one that was ordered and it was broken before I opened the package. If it was the only thing that I had ordered it would have come in a bag and not a box.

I saw this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! I am feeling so much better already. The tea is delicious (I add a little honey to mine) and the tumbler is adorable. 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend.

This product is not effective

Taste is great, could feel a difference right away and really helps with relaxing at night.
