Couldn't find any other supplement that had vitamin C even near this one. Plus it had vitamin D which is chronically deficient in most Indians.So tried it. It's good.

taking daily 1 tablet from more than a month still i don't feel any improvement on skin or strength etc... just feel faster heartbeats after taking a tablet that cause me High blood pressure
