Good quality metal and thumb screw wheel has rubber washer which protect camera and acts as anti-vibration. I tried plastic adapter supplied with Wolfang camera but invested in this alternative as it provides better confidence of secure mounting avoiding loss of camera during bike ride.

They worked amazingly with the insta 360. Been using them with a helmet mount for a couple of months already and they have taken everything I have thrown at them. They don't appear in the stitch line and the material is proper good. The only complain is they sip a bit if not (extremely) clamped down to the plastic gopro mount. This can easily be fixed by grabbing some sanding paper and sanding a bit the smooth inner edge of the piece.

The mount clamps on rhe handlebars well and can be moved to point in Aby direction. Camera can be unscrewed when parking up and reattached without the mount moving

I was looking for a mount to replace a mostly plastic one which had broken. These were just the job, they’re very good quality and were good value for money.

These are good as they fit my bike lights

This is not a 2 piece adaptor. The screw length is too long to completely fit in my camera. Also you cannot set the direction of the camera either. I bought this to utilize my go pro accessories with my insta 360 X3 camera. The description is missleading and the product delivered is not as described. Avoid. As the screw is too long your camera will not be safely connected. The back plate is not separate and therefore does not lock against your cameras body. When fully screwed in there is a gap and camera is facing off to the side.
