Q: Replacing old sink need to fit existing hole. What is the cut out size needed for this sink?

I have added pictures, with tape measures laid across it OF THE CUTOUT made for my sink installation. I have given the dimensions twice. Please, read the reviews and look at ALL the customer submitted pictures.

Q: Can I be assured I will get with one hole?

If you ordered the one with one hole, then you will get the one with one hole since they have different model numbers. Keep in mind there is also this Oval one you are looking at, and another Circular one (18"Ø, I think), so don't get them confused when you order it. Finally, I ordered this 2x from Amazon and they both came broken, even after I asked them to pack the 2nd one better (they did not, there was no packaging to protect it inside the box). I ended up having to order from Home Depot, which took 3 weeks, and so I was 6 weeks out from when I wanted it after shipping 3 times. Granted I was shipping to Hawaii, which is why it probably took longer.

Q: Is this sink 20 x 16-1/2 or 21 x 21 ... script states both outside dimensions. Also, inside dimensions of the basin, please. Many thanks!

The outside dimensions of the sink are 16-1/2" X 20-1.8". The basin measures 11" X 17" at the top and tapers gently to 7-1/2" X 13" at the bottom. The bottom is level flat. I love the sink, although sometimes due to the flat bottom it looks wet even when it isn't.
