I have been researching taking the vitamin k-2 (mk-7) for over 6mo now along with vitamin D-3 together. I read and watched youtube videos on that this helps carry the the D-3 to your bones and out of the blood stream, thus strengthening the bones and your teeth, and reversing or improving your hardening arteries. well as for me I now believe these two together does these claims. for the past 3-weeks my gums have stopped bleeding almost completely, and when I drink very cold water or and cold liquid, that stinging pain in the roots of my teeth are almost none existent. overall i feel better than before. I know the longer I take it the more improvements I will feel and have. I am taking two vitamin k-2 @100mcg each with 2-3 D-3 @5000iu each and 2 MAGNESIUM pills @500mg each with breakfast, and I'm getting results, you might need different [consult your physician]

I tested low in Vitamin D and high in calcium (just barely out of high range). My doctor prescribed 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 five days a week, taken with two 100mcg Vitamin K-2 capsules to help keep blood calcium in check.I bought this MK-7 K-2 to use. After six months I tested in the middle of the range for D3 and my blood calcium had come down two points so was at the top of the 'normal' range, which my physician was very happy with.I have continued to take this K-2 along with my D3 and soon will have my next six month test.
