Almost $300 and the motor work twice. Very disappointed trying to buy just the motor or have it replaced and not getting a response

I was excited about the rotisserie but when finished assembled, the motor was not working. Disappointed

The turnout was delicious.
We roasted a whole pig & it was real good.

As advertised.
The motor was up to the task of a 105lb pig. Was disappointed that the shaft/spit was hollow except at the connection points. Tightening the forks enough to resist slipping left dents and the piggy sagged noticeably between the centers. Maybe if they used thicker tubing it would be stronger. Ran continuous for 10 hours without problems.
