Large numbers and letters were perfect! Good contrast between different colors. Easy to set up and use the remote thermometer to see a temperature outside (or in a different room.)

We like it. Like that the display is multicolored and that it's a plugin or battery operated. Only negative is that if used on battery power you'll not see the display, that will be achieved by pushing a button. We have ours on plug in. It's super accurate inside and outside. So, one less star for the illumination on battery power.

This is a very good, small temperature monitor. I use it for the sun-room and I plan to plug it into the AC power outlet most of the time. It is just right for my purposes to monitor indoor, outdoor, and garage temperatures. I don't use the weather prediction function, and thankfully it doesn't blink (like the other temperature monitor I had). This Wittime unit (2079) can take up to three remote temperature sensors -- and one comes with it. I bought a second sensor. The main unit also senses humidity.The monitor works with the "Sensor for 2101 Weather Station" that is shown on their Amazon web store. If you are using more than one sensor, you have to adjust the switch in the battery compartment to a different number. [The company may be in the process of getting naming/product numbering in order, so there seems to be some shuffle going on, as the web text regarding the sensor "Search B09PKCCZ6M" doesn't seem to be applicable.] The accompanying manual comprehensive and seems well written.I am happy with the functionality, size and looks of this temperature monitor. If I have to make one recommendation to the manufacturer, make the show TIME only in hours and minutes, and not seconds (at least have an option the disable the seconds display). Some of us don't want anything "blinking" unless we explicitly say so (but will tolerate once a minute change).

I’ve been looking for a weather station for about 3 years. Everytime I’d get frustrated with going outside half dressed to see what outdoor temp felt, I’d hop on Amazon to search. Most of the reviews of other brands were mediocre, they had issues with lighting, too big, too bright, too many small unimportant details on screen, and most importantly they didn’t have accuracy.I’m so happy to have purchased the Wittime, even though honestly, I’ve never heard of the brand. Out of the box, I started to put stuff together, when the manual was calling my name. Peeked inside to read that the setup needs to be done in a certain order to ensure ACCURACY and the units all syncing with each other. I will say, instructions seeem to be written by someone who knows more about the product, but was able to figure it out.The weather station is perfect! Small enough that it sits on kitchen counter, without being too big and in your face. When plugged into outlet, colors are nice, not too bright and attention seeking. When left on batteries alone, the screen does go dark to preserve battery life and you have to touch it to see screen results light up. It is accurate to 0.2 degree, which is perfect (tested against several thermometers inside and out). I placed thed outdoor sensor into a freezer ziplock bag and placed outside out of the elements, but feel this way is safest to prevent rain getting to the sensor. So far the readings are accurate despite being in a bag, will have to periodically check bag if condensation develops or not.Overall, price, quality and modern design are top notch. So happy for have an accurate weather station after all these years of searching.

I have always had weather stations. The outside sensor on the last one quit working and I was not able to replace it. This is a totally different brand but so far it seems to be doing the job. It is smaller than my last one, so I like that. It is large enough that you can see the numbers from many feet away.It’s been a couple weeks since I wrote this review and unfortunately, the outside sensor on this unit has quit working. I changed the batteries but that did not seem to help. The inside unit is working fine.
