My 17 month old loves this. It kept her occupied solely with this for about 30 minutes (if you have a toddler you know that this is a long time to hold their attention). After this she would carry it around and swap between this and her other items.The quality is good— made of real wood and the magnets are strong enough for the fishing lines to catch with ease. I love that this is a compact dynamic toy with lots of fun colors.

My granddaughter loves playing go fish. She'll be 2 this month and this is her game! The fish are cute and a great size. The poles need a little parental oversight but she's a little younger than the age group this is for. Lots of fun and reminds me of the quality toys from the old days.

My 19 month old grand daughter spent hours playing with it. She was able to understand quickly the use of the fishing poles. I think it's made very well that it will withstand any age toddler

THIS fishing game is superior to others on the market, especially for 18-36 month age group. Terrific for working on hand-eye coordination & fine motor skills while keeping the toddlers engaged with the brightly colored fish & the magnetic action of the “fishing pole” & the top of the fish where they are “caught” as the magnets attract. Mildly concerned that the “fishing pole” has its magnet attached to the bottom of a fairly thick string which is then attached on the opposite end to a small wooden dowel. While the construction in & of itself, is not necessarily any cause for concern, it’s the tendency of the toddlers to swing the poles around & around over their heads like mini helicopters, that makes me take a pause. But, with proper supervision this concern should be alleviated.

Although it is super cute, my granddaughter (21 months) did get bored with it pretty fast. But giving it 5 stars because of cuteness and quality!

My granddaughter is 2 and has so much fun with this toy. The size is great, she can move it around with ease. She loves the colors and of course has picked the girly ones as ‘hers’. The concept of using a magnetic fishing pole requires focus and concentration. At times she will just use her hands to attach the magnet to a fish. Fine with me…there are no limitations as to how to play with it and use creativity, which by the way incudes even the box it came in.Great Toy… let ‘em play !
