Not impressed with the product or customer service
The cap came apart after the second wash. It is also rather thin glass. For this high price I would expect better quality.When I wrote the seller about the cap, all I was told to send it back for a new bottle.How about you just send me a new cap as I no longer have the packing material to ship it back to you?

Love the glass container.Advantage: wide opening allows you to drop in your fruit, lemon etc. unencumberedDisadvantage: wide opening makes it impractical swigging your drink, keeps spilling off the sidesI rarely use it now but still glad I bought it; would have preferred if it had that silicone sleeve, always afraid it will fall or hit something and break

Bottles DO NOT hold one liter!
Caution! Description says 1 liter but these bottles barely hold a quart. Do not buy if you need a bottle that truly holds one liter. Very disappointed by the misleading description. One liter = 33.8 ounces, not 32!
