The shelves themselves were great. The hardware provided was good quality. The bracket is not super rigid on its own, but was fine once fasted to the wall and secured to the shelf via the top hole.Packaging was excellent, instructions included were great. I even called on a Saturday morning with a question and they picked up on the second ring. These folks take care and have pride in their product.

Couldn't believe the bracket they picked/designed for this floating shelf. For the price I was expecting the bracket most shelfs bring. Its a flimsy aluminum flat short bracket. I was skeptical when I opened it but installed it because the company test their product (right). It was difficult to install with the drill to make the holes, the flat portion easily bends, and it was difficult to level as well. When finished, it looks great, but I put weight with my hand and it moved. All screws are on studs too. If it had come with a better bracket this wouldn't happen.I kept it because the color and size is what I needed. Also, the wood it self is sturdy, but had there been a picture about the bracket itself I wouldn't have bought it at all. Please upgrade the bracket, is not right to pay $176+ tax and the bracket is eh.

Love this shelf - just installed it and it was super easy, very sturdy. Looks really good. Very pleased with this. So glad Ikea was out of their long dark brown floating shelf because this looks so so so much nicer.

It was easy to install, the bracket system could be stronger. I wouldn’t call it grey in color it’s more brownish. But it works with my marble

A lot of detail from Joel & Co. in packaging the beam. From carefully securing it in box, clear instruction for mounting unit, return process (in case), link to Youtube install video, support/contact info.Everyone walking through our front door is drawn to it right away. We get many compliments.

I ended up staining it to match my fire place mantle better, but it’s wonderful quality. Sturdy, doesn’t shift like some floating shelves do. Happy with this
