I don't know...but I can say that if you want to use it for a serious tools toolbox, don't get this. I use mine for quilt/sewing tools and it's ok...not fantastic but better than what I could find made specifically for those who sew.

top part of it opens up inside has small tray inside that comes out and a bigger storage underneath that there's top and bottom that snaps but be careful if you break the little tap it will fall apart I have to much stuff in it it was so heavy that when pulling the top came off now I'm using bungee cords to hold the top and bottom together. just be careful when pulling it

I sent it back because it was very cheaply made and i felt it would not hold up for the long term.
