Was disappointed
I was unable to use this product after I bought it. The return window had long sense closed by the time I was ready to use it. The weight limit on this model was not a parent at the time of purchase. It has a 30 lb weight limit, which I had to dig to find the information on. My Corgi is 40 lb, and he is all muscle, so it's not an issue of overfeeding or anything like that. I think it would work for smaller Corgis or possibly female Corgis or other breeds, but many Corgis exceed this backpack's suggested weight limit.

Great value product, with the best customer service I’ve ever received.
The combination of a harness with removable storage, and a *safe* carrying bag with multiple points that anchor it to the harness as well as to your own body, is something that just isn’t available anywhere else. The carry bag folds down to nothing, so that it can even be stored in the mini backpack that attaches to the harness. The quick and impeccable customer service was a welcome surprise. Some tips, and potential issues that may have a better solution than my current approach:1. Very furry dogs can be tricky to size correctly. When measuring the neck, really pull your measuring tape (carefully) until it’s right up against your dog’s skin, gently moving as much fur as you can out of the way. The harness’s neckpiece is a soft stretchy mesh that will be forgiving for overly large necks, but isn’t adjustable at all. So size down in terms of neck size.2. Skinnier dogs may have chest measurements that bring you to a size with neck measurements much higher than those listed in the table. I’m still trying to figure this one out… so far I usually anchor the harness neckpiece to my dog’s collar, and might have a seamstress tighten the mesh collar.3. Length matters (ha). I was tempted to size down to a Medium for my Corgi for a tighter and more supportive fit. But it was extremely obvious that a smaller bag just wouldn’t be long enough.4. This is somewhat Corgi/Dachshund-specific, but was a big issue for me: short legs can also be easily retracted from the sack’s foot openings. With a dog which is entirely used to the situation, this probably wouldn’t be an issue at all. But if they squirm even a little bit, a leg can easily pop free, and then they’ll quickly feel trapped and anxious.

I believe it will save my summertime hot dog problems
The backpack is light enough for Radio to carry and large enough for me to carry him. Usually he poops out about a half mile from home in the summertime. Now we can walk in the summer with a little less stress. Me pretty happy with this purchase.

Excellent buy! Sputnik loves it
Sputnik is a Frenchton (15 lbs) it compacts to fit on his little harness packback when not it use. This pack also cinches down enough to keep him secure when being carried. I did order a small originally, but now that he is a full year old, I need a medium. He can still use a small, but the next size up would be more comfortable - Love this back pack! Do recommend! I did expect to carry him alot more, but he loves to run and hike!

Support
Needs more back support and shoulder padding but other than that it would great my corgi fits perfectly and she enjoy the ridding in the backpack.
