Makes claims based on errornous scripture
This is a well thought out waist of time.Having been drawn in to the sales pitch, you have to buy the book to realise the whole ruse is based on errornous scripture. The whole construct idea, by using the KJV Bible as a primary source is a recipe for desaster. This whole concept is fascinating and would have been worth its weight in gold, if only the author had used original scripture.I have returned the item due to false advertising.

A one-of-a-kind dissertation!
In “The House of El Shaddai,” Mr. Hoy boldly reopens for discussion a topic most circles would consider "case-closed." Not only that, but he has done so with solid Scriptural and logical arguments, and acute attention to detail that will appeal to both an engineer's mind and a Bible scholar's heart. This is a textbook. It offers a wealth of knowledge suitable for intense scrutiny, while it successfully turns an ordinarily difficult subject into one that is intriguing and attainable. There are many colorful illustrations, helpful graphics, tables and charts, comparisons, technical explanations, and a thorough exegesis of Scripture.I believe the author did exactly what he claims, he stumbled upon a profound and suppressed truth, which has many deep implications. I think he'll succeed in giving Christians the necessary tools to carefully and intelligently reconsider God’s dwelling place in a genuine quest for God’s truth. The "shoebox" tabernacle makes very little sense as a structure, especially for community occupation and use. What Mr. Hoy proposes as the actual structure is the genius I would expect from the Creator. Case reopened.

New perspective on the wilderness tabernacle
This book takes the directions given to Moses in Exodus and applies them to the tabernacle. Written by a structural engineer, the author goes through each step and visually shows how what is been often accepted as the way that part of the tabernacle was assembled, and how that could not have worked on any structure in the wilderness. Very good illustrations. Common sense logic. Amazing result.

A thought provoking book about our Creator and His creation!
Just finished this very interesting book. Andrew Hoy has did an excellent job of taking a very confusing subject and by applying his engineering skill and his knowledge of the Hebrew language has given us a truly remarkable book . The book is full of pictures and graphics that makes understanding what he is saying much easier. Often in life we believe something because it is what we were told or because everyone else believes it with out ever searching to see if it is really the truth . When it comes to our faith and our relationship with our Creator we owe it to ourselves to search out the truth . Andrew has given us a good tool to do that with in regards to the Tabernacle of God . Also it has much to teach us about Gods nature and our relationship to Him .
