Wonderful shower!
It looks great and feels even better. Perfect as a 2nd shower from the ceiling, very relaxing! I was surprised at the nice quality.Word of advice, as others have mentioned, it needs good water pressure, and this is a must! I ran two completely clean copper 1/2" water lines -- one for this rain head on the ceiling and the 2nd line for the Delta 2-in-1 hand-held and wall shower head from the shower wall. This head is in our new basement bathroom about 5 feet away from a 50 gallon traditional water heater. It has AMAZING pressure and plenty of hot water. If you can't run a new line into the ceiling (or at least a diverter line with 40-50 pounds of pressure), I suggest not buying this! I have a well and also put in a new 55-65 PPI pressure switch on my pump, so I am getting serious water pressure... and it feels amazing! But, I must say, the quality of this head feels better than the much more expensive Delta unit.

All around an exemplary product
All around an exemplary product, and could not be more satisfied. The large 16" shower head provides a wonderful "rainfall" experience; is large enough to fully cleanse one's body; is aestheyically attractive, while being functional; and working just fine, as advertised, after our "first month." My only "tip" regarding installation is to securely (i.e., firmly) tighten the shower head, applying teflon tape to both the water inlet and head's outlet to avoid any leakage (which I initially experienced from the shower head's connection due to my not initially tightening it enough). Enjoy!

item didn't work for us
By the time we realized we could not use the shower head we had exceeded Amazons 30 day return policy. Awara help us to get a refund.The shower head was very nice. We just could no install it securely and then we had leaks.This item just didn't work for us. I was not able to install until last week 6/2/23. It took all week trying to install several times. Now you won't let me return this item. Can you please help me return the shower head. Thank you.

Great showe head, but noisy
As I said in my review of your 12" rain-shower head, it is great. It not only dispenses as advertised it is very quiet. Because I liked the 12" model so much, I purchased the 16" rain-shower head and it performs just as well as the 12", except it is very loud. The head makes a loud hydraulic sound as the water passes through the shower head and I would like to know if this is normal or is there a way to eliminate the loud sound?
