Just got started in the model building hobby and this is a nice little kit to get going. The brushes are more than usable in fact I was a little surprised at the quality as I expected some thrown in cheapo brushes that might do more harm than good. The base and gator clip sticks are sturdy and have held everything I have been painting no problem. One can go the DIY route and make a similar item with some sticks, clips, and some cardboard but I also needed the brushes. If that's you I would say go ahead and purchase.

Used for my model planes. Clips are a bit small but I would assume these would be perfect for 40k stuff.

This is a well made spray stand. The clip poles are very sturdy metal. It took bolt cutters to shorten the clips.

The long stems or poles are glossy and hard to hold at times. I would recommend that they had a textured surface. Easier to hold. Great clips with safety features. I would still recommend this product due to its durability and reliability.

the ends that holds the parts or items made of plastic/rubber material they are too big for small items such as HO scale (1:87) it will be impossible to hold because the clamp will have to cover the hole item..for other things working fine..

Works excellent when air brushing

Clips work to hold model parts. Only problem I have is that the rubber on the clip has some type of residue on them. If you're painting model parts it stays on the part. Clean them off before using for this purpose.

Doesn't have a secure base like others I've bought. Instead of having another set of holes to secure the bottom, it just has a flimsy piece of styrofoam, which slides around and causes all the clips to move at once.
