This yeast gives consistent results

I always use several of dove farms brand, this is A staple in my home, especially paired with a quarter teaspoon of their baking vitamin C, which helps to make the bread soft and airy. I WONT BUY FROM ELSEWHERE.

I have been trying to bake decent bread for many years.Attempts have resulted is lead weights, bricks and something so sad that not even Spike Milligan could resurrect it.After buying this yeast. Hey presto, the goon show wasn't required.And all in an airfryer.In 20 minutes I finally had a beautifully soft and edible loaf.So I have to give this Yeast 5 stars and will buy again.

The yeast is excellent and I have been using this for many years, but it seems harder to find now. This is why I am prepared to pay roughly twice the price and it always has a long date code (current purchase 04/24)Luckily I did not buy the pack for the bread bag which should be described as a “slice of bread bag” as it is very small!

The yeast comes with a good use by date, it is gluten free but can be used to make normal bread. I buy 2 packs at a time and will continue to do so.

The yeast is fine. However, the bag only fits a small loaf. For a medium size loaf, even a shoe horn wouldn't help.
