I’ve gotten 3 of the packets to germinate. Waiting on the other 2 that are supposed to germinate faster.So far…so good

I opened the packet of carrot seeds and planted them. I watered them according to directions and then they started to grow.

I’ve been gardening for years and only ever had minimal luck with carrots as I manage to kill them every time I thin them. If I am lucky, I will get maybe 2 or 3 out of a packet. On a whim, I decided to try these and I was super surprised at how well they have done. I thought I would get maybe one row total, but they took off! I even decided to try transplanting some of the babies and it worked! I have more carrots growing than I know what to do with and I only planted one of these packets. I can’t testify to the taste yet, but these seeds are mighty hardy and have really done well in my garden this fall. Zone 7b/fall planted.

The media could not be loaded.  The seeds were easy to get started, and grow. They came up a week ahead of schedule which was great since I planted a week late. 🙃 the price was pretty good too.

My seeds grew to about 1 inch long and completely stopped after that. I used coast of main vegetable soil to give them a great start. I should have went with my first instinct after reading the great reviews from people given the seeds for free that's my fault and lesson learned🙄

The seeds came in nice reusable packaging. 1 pack was enough to plant about a 35-40 foot row. I say say how they popped up yet because I’ve only had them in the ground for about a week. So far I haven’t seen anything. I will give them another star if they grow.
