Noticeable difference in a week!!

This is a new product for Healthspan. Although biotin (vitamin B7) will be in a typical multivitamin, this could be 50 microgram, whereas this is 1000 microgram. it's a really small tablet that is a similar size to vitamin D3. At the moment, my wife is using a Healthspan product for nails, plus applying neem oil; that has produced an improvement. The biotin will be added as well and I'll update this review once it's had time to work.

Biotin is a great supplement, keeps nails strong and hair too. I take one a day and I really think it helps. These tablets are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. At just under 1pence per tablet these are great value when compared to than other brands. Vegan friendly.

I like taking Biotin because I do believe it has benefits for my skin over the long term. Healthspan's products are always good quality and are packaged in a way that keeps them fresher for longer. This pack holds 6 months of daily doses at a cost of just under £10 so the value is good.The small tablets are foil sealed in plastic sheets of 60 each. They're easy to swallow and have no nasty taste.

This vegan friendly biotin supplement comes in a nice flat packet and the pills are a lovely small size. Biotin is an excellent supplement for hair and skin and this one is great value.

These biotin tablets come in a blister pack format as opposed to the more common bottle!I don’t know so far if they’ve made any difference, because I’ve only been taking them for a few days but I’m definitely hopeful! I haven’t had any adverse reactions, and you get so many for your money!!
