Sort of disappointed. Isn't really firm enough unless you are a really lightweight, small person - I am 5'7 1/2 and 158 lbs. so I am not petite. It is also quite small. I got some degree of knee and hip pain relief, but not enough to counter the irritating necessity to keep adjusting the thing between my legs throughout the night. I can see the potential for pain relief for some people and that's a good thing - it's just not right for me. Also - I can't imagine that once you have removed and laundered the cover that it would never fit over it properly again - not sure, but an educated guess.

I have purchased at least 5 leg separators and this one is the best. I do not usually write reviews as I am over 50 years of age but this is an exceptional product. The pillow seems to stack my legs better.
