One of the reasons for making a purchase of the set of tea towels was because of the stated size, which were perfect for my needs. However the care label says that they can be washed at 60 degrees.Well that maybe so, but if you do your tea towels will shrink!! Was not pleased at all!!

Having had all manner of tea towels over the years ( cotton, microfibres etc etc ) these towels are probably the best I’ve had, they do the job better than any other, trouble with cotton ones is fluff, trouble with microfibre ones is they smear the water around, these just do what you would expect, DRY, yep, that’s right, they DRY the dishes, without shedding, without smearing, without fuss, buy with confidence, oh yeah, they’re pretty big as well !

Badly finished. Spent time cutting off threads off most of them. Washed them, but didn't check whether they've shrunk like someone said. They still look the same after 60° wash.I DO like the quality look and feel, and if some of the seams unravel a bit, I'm happy to put in a few stitches.Maybe I ended up with a few that missed any quality control...Great price, would buy again.

Lovely large "proper" tea towels.dry well, don't just spread the water around like some. Bought these as found it increasingly difficult to find simple cotton tea towels in stores.

They look great when taken out of the packaging, but they have to be washed before use, like all towels. This is the way they came out of the tumble drier. I don't iron, haven't for years, although I do have a vertical steamer. However, I shouldn't have to use it on towels! I've used this type of tea towel for years, never seen anything like this. Disappointed, and now stuck with them, as they've been washed.
