At first I was discuraged by multiple negative reviews, but decided to give Grohe a chance, after all we loved their faucets in the past and the price of this one was very attractive.Well... A lot of reviewers mentioned that the faucet does not swivel 90 degrees, even when installed by professional certified plumbers. False. It does, if installed correctly. There is only two options - either their reviews are for different model or I would have to question qualification of their plumbers.Second. Many negative reviews mentioned way too strong stream that splashes around the sink and makes faucet impossible to use. An IKEA style pictogramish installation manual clearly depicts way to use 2.5 mm hex wrench to adjust the flow to your liking.A short video of operation and flow adjustment manual are attached

... I bought this in a bit of a rush because a previously purchased GROHE kitchen faucet failed after about 2 years of regular domestic use. The previous item was absolutely a dream to use and was built wonderfully well. The failure was clearly a quality control miss which eventually became a problem but overall, the built, material, and design, everything was wonderful. I was very happy to have that in our kitchen. It felt fantastic in the hands; heavy, well-built. The description of the previous faucet was "all brass/metal" and they were not kidding! I ordered the new faucet with the same idea in mind (judging by how well GROHE builds these faucets!). I was wrong.This new faucet is nothing like what I had before. The main element is actually well built. Appears made of all brass/metal. Heavy. Feels good in the hands. Hoses are also well made. So far, everything was as I expected from a company like GROHE. Until I opened up the "sprayer" piece. A joke! TOTAL JOKE! All made of plastic. No way something like this would last more than a year (if that). The discrepancy between the main faucet element and the sprayer piece is simply astonishing! I returned this as soon as I received it. I would have gladly paid 50 or more dollars and happily kept the entire unit if the sprayer piece would have been made of brass/metal. A total miss. Overall the design of this faucet is very nice but that difference in material, and especially for something that you use almost daily (pull and put back in), to be made solely out of cheap plastic, is shameful. I hope this review helps people understand what they get for their money. Almost ALL other companies design stuff like this. I thought that if I went with GROHE (which never let me down in the past, even with this little issue I had recently), the quality and "all metal promise" would have been there. I was wrong.

Let me start with the "Not so impressive" stuff & be done with it. The instructions suck. Nothing but illustrations/ pictures. There are scant words to provide any guidance. So, look over all of the pictures and make sure you understand the sequence of the assembly procedure before you begin. The first thing I did was to lay out all of the little pieces in the order they were to be assembled. I must note that the wand (handle) is made of plastic. Most of them are, even for the more expensive faucets. I didn't provide a rating for Sheerness because I don't know how you want to apply the word. It's totally complete. I'm not going to guess what you want. Is that translated from German?Now for the "So very impressive stuff. This faucet looks very modern, with clean lines and a beautiful finish. The water comes out smoothly without splashing, without aeration, and with adequate volume. It may seem as though the volume is low at first. But, it's the same or better than the volume I have experienced in my many years and places I've lived (retired military}. I love that it's quiet, as well. Flip the toggle button on the underside of the wand (handle) and the spray comes out in a neat, strong flow. I was really impressed. The size is perfect for my standard sized sink and perfectly matches the brushed stainless sink, as well. This faucet is definately worth 5 stars.

This does NOT swivel like a standard faucet . The description says it does, but that is an error. It does NOT swivel, and there is no installation alternative to make it work. This product is only suitable if you want a faucet that stays in a fixed position and will not move. The seller should correct the description.

All the functions including swivel work exactly as described.Regarding the complaints of other buyers:1. Plastic spray head seems to be more of an advantage than of a problem because it is light and doesn't fall into the sink as a metal one would.2. For the swivel function, i.e. rotation of the nozzle - you should have installed the facet correctly with the rubber o-ring as described in the installation/instruction manual3. The flow is not very strong - this is economy wise solution

I was worried after reading some reviews that this model did not swivel, but luckily the one I received swivels 90 degrees as stated in the manual. Some reviews also mentioned the pull out sprayer was made of plastic and not metal like the base. My prior faucet had a plastic sprayer and lasted over 10 years.I'm happy with the way it looks and feels. Silky smooth. The water pressure on mine was set perfectly from the factory. I did not have to adjust it. If something fails in the future I'll be sure to update my review, but so far so good.

This faucet looks smaller than typical pull-out faucets but it has exactly same reach.- stylish and compact;- amazing quality of chrome finish;- very smooth operation;- chrome trigger on the pull-out (usually it is black or gray plastic or rubber button), allows you to switch between stream and spray without shutting off water flow;- maximum water flow can be adjusted;- median temperature can be adjusted. This allows you to have exactly same preferred temperature by just opening water, without rotating handle;- extremely flexible hose;- nice laminar water stream, no splashing around the sink.- Escutcheon is not included; If you planning on buying one make sure the hole is no larger than 35 mm, otherwise it would be impossible to make proper seal. GROHE escutcheon fits this faucet perfectly.
