I just used it as of yesterday day 1 and after that I no longer have the cravings for sweets. Not in a bad way I use to crave sweets foe all the wrong reasons. And now I feel more in control of my diet after using this highly recommended! I've been using Dr.Bo brand foe a while nut thus is a first of this type of supplement and I'm impressed use it with the colon cleanse just make sure toue not at work when using this you will need to be near a bathroom. With a bottle of water to drink.

I have IBS-C, candida overgrowth, gastropareisis, and/or SIBO…came back from a weekend of traveling and needed some relief. I’ve been doing a low sugar/no starch diet for a few weeks now and it definitely helps, but I find if I cheat at ALL I wake up the next morning with brain fog, more fatigue than usual, mood swings, and just general misery. This has been happening since I took Accutane a few years ago and I haven’t been able to eat gluten or sugar since (at least not without getting a stomachache within five minutes of swallowing). I’m back on dairy since I started using fermented dairy and probiotics regularly, but haven’t gotten the gluten back (yet—fingers crossed!).I ordered the Para Cleanse and the Colon Detox together (it was a bundle) hoping for some quick relief after my trip…but I’m going to try to do two weeks on, two weeks off for the next few months to see what it can do, based on my experience with this first bottle.They came last night so I immediately took one (1) of the Colon Detox and four (4) of the Para Cleanse (I always use muscle testing to know how much of anything to take—look that up and thank me later!) and then went to bed. In the 45-60 minutes it took me to get ready for bed and fall asleep, my tummy started growling and my appetite kicked back in (I suffer from a very low appetite and lots of bloating, so this was a good sign). The next morning I felt slightly more alert, awake, and reasonably happy, and after a few trips to the bathroom (the pills work!) ready to eat something. For me, this is monumental. My chronic adult acne was a little better, too, and my dry mouth was slightly improved, as was my teeth clenching symptoms. The bloating was much better, too, even before the bathroom trips.I also take ginger, vitamin C, and a multivitamin to help with die-off symptoms (although my normal symptoms feel like die off symptoms so I figure it can’t be too much worse than my normal every day suffering, anyway). So if you’re considering this product be sure to do your research and be thoughtful about how much you take—it’s a very powerful cleanser and I noticed an immediate difference. I’m sensitive, though, so that’s not a surprise for me. You might have a bigger or smaller reaction depending on your sensitivity levels.UPDATE: After one month of alternating cleansing with the ParaDetox and taking breaks I am already doing MUCH better. When I take breaks from it (to let my insides heal from the harsh ingredients) I notice my symptoms flair up but I’m hoping that also goes away eventually. I have also added apple cider vinegar pills and am still limiting my sugar/starches, although I’ve been a bit more flexible on this lately and seem more resilient to them. The ColonCleanse ended up getting more intense after a few days so I’m going to save that bottle to use for emergencies (needs to be taken on a weekend!) and try the CandiCleanse next. Definitely seeing less acne, smoother digestion, and more energy on the ParaCleanse! Gonna keep taking them on and off until I am parasite free.

After researching and realizing many Americans have parasites; my husband and I decided we wanted to try a “cleanse”. After reading the reviews we decided to try this one. Personally, I didn’t have any issues with taking it. I had a few cramps around day 3, but other than that there was no change in my stools and I never saw any creepy crawlys in there. I guess my insides were already pretty clean.My husband had an increase in frequency of bathroom visits and gassiness. He also saw no activity in the bowl though. So it did help clear his system, but we were both parasite free. I would recommend trying it.

Tried this thinking my gut discomfort could be due to parasites, possiblyFollowed recommended course, nothing crazy was expelled like other reviewers have shared. It may have helped my gut discomfort slightly, but nothing significant. Just kind of ~meh. Glad I tried it, but probably will not purchase again. Hope this helps.

This product works wonders!This has definitely improved my over health. Things I have gone and complain to my doctors for years. My doctor had no explanation and I just excepted it as part of my reality. I had a really hard time hearing and excess water in my ears, swollen tonsils, grinding teeth, periodontal disease of the gums, over urination, upset, stomach, and unable to sleep at night, brain fog and tiredness, craving of sweets and binge eating.After taking the full cleanse of 2 pill’s twice a day for the 10 days. All of those really odd health issues went away that I couldn’t explain. My tonsils are no longer swollen and red. I have no water in my ears and I can hear I went to the dentist and my gums have dramatically improved. My dentist was really shocked. No more grinding my teeth and I’m able to sleep much better. I’m not having uncontrollable urge is for chocolate. I’ve even lost about 10 pounds. I no longer have discomfort and I have a normal pee schedule. The brain fog went away, and I feel like my memory has came back to when I was in my 20s. This stuff really helped me a lot and I highly recommend it to you pretty much all of my friends.Things to know:There is a little discomfort over the process of the cleanse but nothing that created any interruptions in my normal day today. I did have some cramps the first few days. I did have runny bowel movements, but it was only once a day, and I was never in a rush to get to the restroom. Do you want to make sure to drink at her normal amount of water. Start this on a weekend or when you have your days off so you can see how it flows with your body. I wasn’t very hungry throughout the process.To me a little discomfort for 10 days that was maybe a scale of 1 to 2. Is worth the dramatic health benefits I have received in just a short period of time.

Having this in pill form was great. Left no bad taste in my mouth. I only had die off symptoms one day but charcoal took care of that and it made me aware that is was indeed working

They are very smooth and easy to swallow and no bad after taste like most pills if you burp or Anything.
