Perfect for gaming and hearing surroundings
I've used these for two years now for all my gaming. The bass is not that strong, but I want a headset to hear footsteps, explosions and gunshots. Footsteps are clear in any direction, in-game and in my actual surroundings, I can clearly hear myself and someone in-person talking. Explosions and guns don't fatigue my ears after hours of gaming. They feel light on my head for long sessions, and padding is very comfortable. Listening to podcasts/people talking is crystal clear, and music sounds great despite being light on the bass. I can plug them into my PS5 controller, my PC's headphone jack, and laptop. The only real issue is such a short cable, but I got an extension. All in all, a perfect headset for me, they were $150 when I bought them.

Great sound, wide soundstage, but a DAC/AMP is needed
Great sound, wide soundstage, but a DAC/AMP is needed.. I don't care what people say, this does need a dac/amp because it does NOT get loud enough on its own. It scales really well with a dac/amp.. Its not a super bassy headphone either, but you can EQ some bass into it, but not too much because it will bleed making the headphone sound worse. However for gaming where you don't need crazy bass (especially competitive) this headphone can help you locate enemies with its very nice sound stage and separation. Not just gaming, this headphone can do music very well making it a great all around headphone if you only had to get one headphone for gaming and music.

I returned these, but they're perfect
These are perfect and the only reason I returned them is because the headphones I bought to compare were less perfect but in a slightly more fun way. I was between the TYGR's and the Philips Fidelio X2HR and I kept the X2's but only because after comparing the two for a week in person, I just found myself picking up the X2's more often. The TYGR's have a fun and lively sound, feel durable and are technically capable. They image well and help me hear footstep positioning in games, they really are the best do-everything headphone. The only reason I kept the X2's was because they were slightly wider sounding and just felt better and sounded more enhanced in a way that made me feel more immersed. Realistically the TYGR's are a better headphone and save yourself the questioning and concern. I wish I had only bought these because I would have been perfectly happy, but I worried I'd always be stuck wondering if the X2HR's would be better and in the end I returned these because the X2HR is such an interesting look, feel and sound comparatively. I'll repeat it again, just get the TYGR's, they really are great.

Very Comfortable
Most comfortable headphones I have ever worn. I wear glasses and use headphones for hours at a time so that is very important to me. Sound is also incredible, but low on the bass.

Not for big ears or large heads.
Comfort:I have large ears and a big head. Headphones are difficult to shop for because of this. My earlobes and tops of my ears touch the innder wall of the earpads. This causes pain and discomfort.Sound:They're good enough for what they are marketed for. To me, they lacked enough soundstage. They had soundstage but the PC38X and HD 560S had better soundstage. Imaging seemed accurate enough.Does not have a detachable cable. That's a big con.If you have large ears then look at the PC38X, 560S, or if you want a wired headset then look at the H6Pro closed back headset.

A huge step up from Traiditonal gaming headphones
Wow. I looked through a lot of reviews prior to purchasing these. I was looking for a headset that was a step up from my Steelseries headphones. I play a lot of FPS games and wanted a headset that would give me great positional audio, but not sound flat. These headphones have the perfect amount of bass, I truly believe you could use these across any game genre. These are open back headphones, so be aware you will be able to hear your surroundings with these one. Open backs really are a game changer for FPS gaming though, the soundstage is just incredible. Some people avoid BD’s headphones due to the highs being too much on the ears. I’m happy to report the tuning on these scales back on that, still giving you the highs but not killing your ears. Comfort wise, they’re great. I can game for long sessions with these on. I game on PC and you honestly don’t need a DAC/Amp for these. Buy a 3.5mm to USB-C apple dongle and you are set. I’m not joking, it makes a big difference in audio quality. The only downside to these is a lack of a mic, I play with friends and talk via discord. I ended up buying the Hyperx solo cast for a mic. If you are ready to elevate your gaming, I HIGHLY recommend these, the tuning of these will definitely appease the majority of gamers.

Best Headphones I've owned
I bought these headphones for movies/games/music/discord.This is my first pair of open back headphones and the sound quality is the best of any headphones I've ever listened to. Many people will say because of the low impedance, you don't need an amplifier. However I've found that because of the headphones sensitivity, I needed to buy an amplifier to reach comfortable listening levels. I would highly recommend an amplifier for these headphones.I wasn't a big fan of the open-back style at first, but after listening for a few days and then comparing them to the DT 770s I can say that I prefer open back now.The headphones are extremely light, the only issue I've encountered with them is that they seem to focus most of the clamping pressure below my earlobe on my jaw muscles, and my ears sometimes make contact with the inside of the earcups. With that being said the clamping force isn't very high so it's not a big deal, and none of the issues have deterred me from wearing these headphones for hours at a time.
