I bought this to use for traveling. The kettle heats up fairly quickly and seems to be accurate enough for my coffee needs. The controls are a bit cumbersome and took a while for me to figure out how to get the kettle to hold a temperature. You have to hold the hold “keep warm” button with the kettle off of the mount as you set the kettle down, then release.The kettle itself is not insulated so the temperature fluctuates quite a bit. It obviously doesn’t compare to my Fellow at home but it’s a fraction of the cost and works.If you need a kettle for travel or just getting into pour over coffee and want a kettle that you can control the temperature, this one works. Also, I traveled with it, in a suitcase for a full month and it hasn’t broken yet. So it’s durable enough.

I mostly use this kettle for pour over coffee, but sometimes I do green teas too. That makes the temperature control a critical function and is the primary reason I chose this unit. It works great, it's easy to clean, but I do wish the keep warm setting was easier to get working.

Overall I am quite satisfied with ease of use, construction, and ability to be kept clean with little effort. It holds temperature well and I really like the simple to set Tim to hold at set temp. However the timer that starts when you remove the kettle errors out rather quickly.I've learned that when I see E1 I'm close to done...

I don't drink coffee regularly, as I don't want to get addicted to caffeine, but when I do, I want it to be good. I've had this for about 2 months now, used it around 15 times at least and it works great. Some times it overshoots the set temperatures a little, so make sure to give it a little extra time to cool a little if you want a specific temp versus a range.

The temperature control doesn't work. I set it for 169 degrees and it heats the water to 181 degrees. This happens no matter what temperature I set it at. I have another tea kettle and I normally set it at 175. I use the same temp with this one and it was too hot, so I lowered it to 169. It was still to hot because it was going pass the temp. I set it. I also don't like that every time you turn it on you have to set the temperature control. Unlike the other kettle I have, which stays on the last temperature you set it at. I will be returning this item because the primary reason I wanted this is for the ability to set the temperature.

Significantly cheaper than other kettles in its firm factor!Water temperature selection is great, but the keep warm feature tends to work when it feels like it. I don't have the issue with the beeping others seem to. Good kettle for what I paid!

It would have gotten a five star review. The only issue I have had is when adding chilled water from our dispenser. The kettle systems seems to get confused and will take several attempts to start. I think it needs to be closer to room temp first.

Love this product. I have no idea why it was only $20 but I wish I could snag more as gifts. It heats up so fast and the keep warm is great.

cara, mas aparentemente durável. Leve no peso, bonita na aparência. Só não entendi ainda como manter a temperatura, mas isso não importa, pois a ideia pra mim é esquentar água suficiente para uma xícara de chá ou café.

Muy bueno por el precio. Me gusta que se puede cambiar a grados Celsius porque luego solo están en farenheit. Tiene pitidos para poner la temperatura y que avisan cuando termina de calentar lo que me parece muy practico. Pero si los pitidos te resultan molestos tiene la opción de quitarlos. Lo uso para hacer diferentes tipos de tés que requieren distintas temperaturas. También tiene una opción de mantener calienteActualización: dejó de calentar y ya no hay forma de arreglarlo. Todo bien la verdad de las pocas veces que no me decepciono.
