The candles look like the real thing! They give off a soft light and the remote makes it easy to turn them on and off. Would definitely recommend these candles.

These are wonderful. So realistic I have to remind myself I don't need to blow them out,etc. Love the remote control too.

They look so real it’s amazing. Never use real candles in the house. Too scary because I have cats. These are fantastic. Can be used on a timer, which is what I do, or can be used with a remote. Excellent purchase and I definitely recommend!!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the tapers to put in my windows for Christmas. I was surprised to receive boxes that were Luminara brand. I’ve never owned Luminara candles, but I think these must be seconds or cast-offs. I stay at a hotel that lights their lobby with Luminara candles and I always think they look so realistic. These candles do have a realistic flickering flame and nice wax finish, but the flame is just a tinge too orange to make them look real. The color is the giveaway. I don’t think the photos capture it well, but these aren’t fooling anyone into thinking they are real.

these were a gift for mom who has beautiful wall sconces for taper candles. These are excellent quality, weight, color and ambiance with the flickering lights. She can set them on timer to come on each day or she can use the remote from her chair. She loves them so much she asked for more!!

Don't get this product. The remote didn't work. I made an unsuccessful 7-month effort to get them to honor the warranty, sending all information they requested, including photos - twice - of the inside of the defective remote. Final communication from Customer Service was that they were sending the issue to upper management for review, with apologies "for the inconvenience you may have encountered." (Inconvenience I MAY have encountered?!?) That was 2 months ago. There has been no word from "upper management." In short, they are into ghosting customers. A lesser problem is that the instruction leaflet for this and a related product tells how to work the other product but not this one.

These look good but they are defective I’ve purchased 2 sets and they both stop working and I don’t use them everyday replaced batteries and everything and they will flicker but then go out for no reason
