The Ovewios garden zen gnome is a whimsical version of the Buddha statue, with the addition of on-board solar-recharged lights.My wife was giddy when she saw the lit, crackled lamps illuminated during the predawn hours. The lights are actually powered by a NiMH, 1.2 volt AA battery, but is recharged by exposure to sunlight.Made from resin, with a cute paint job. Looks good in a garden, on a patio or a deck. Essentially, it can be placed anywhere, outdoors, with direct sunlight, to recharge the power cell via a solar panel.There is a switch so you can prevent the lights illuminating automatically and reducing wear on the battery. Switched on, the lights will automatically turn off in bright conditions.

Perfect addition to my garden
So cute the lights are so pretty lit but would honestly have got even without it lighting up. Good size, seems sturdy, cute design, and attention grabbing. I have received several compliments , I collect gnomes in my garden and this one is now one of my faves.
