This is an awful product. The company does not stand behind their device. I purchased 2 of these as we were going to try for both our children at the same time. We tried this for 2 weeks and had more problems with it. Many nights the alarm would go off continuously when it wasn't wet. Other times it would not go off and my son would be soaked in the morning. After using for 2 weeks, the device became defective and the alarm would not turn off. However, the company has a 30 day from delivery guarantee. We bought the product two weeks before we started using. We tried it for 2 weeks and had terrible luck. I tried to return product, but it was 31 days from delivery. Don't waste your money.

Doesn’t always go off even when wet

This is the third bed-wetting alarm we have tried for our 7yo son. The first one we received worked beautifully for two weeks. The alarm frightened him but was successful at waking him up when he was beginning to go in bed. It was nice to have the sound and vibration. It would have been better if the sensor (which clips onto clothing) would vibrate too, but only the receiver, sitting on his nightstand, vibrated. We found we had to charge both pieces every day all day for them both to work at night. Otherwise, the sensor would not work. After about 2 weeks, the sensor maintained a red light and did not sense moisture. It essentially stopped working. I was hopeful it could be somehow repaired, but Amazon said to just replace it with the same item. The replacement took a week to arrive, which was frustrating. Then, the replacement of the exact same item DID NOT WORK at all! We tested it, and the sensor did not pick up on moisture at all, from the beginning, after both pieces were fully charged. I am hopeful the FOURTH alarm we just ordered will be the ticket. We are ready to sleep through the night without changing clothes and washing extra laundry daily. I recommend steering clear of this particular product.

My child doesn't wake up to this alarm. I am not sure if it's not staying charged throughout the night or if the ring is not loud enough to wake him up or if it is not sensing that he is starting to get wet. I was hopeful this would work and it has not.

Anyone who wants to understand this piece of junk should look at what bedwetting alarms are being sold on Alibaba from China at prices from $10 to $20 each. Anyone willing to put up a little money and take a big risk can buy them and sell them on Amazon to people who want something cheap and don't know any better. I have counted 7 or more brands selling this very thing on Amazon under different names. The sellers seem to be unknown and fictitious brands out of China, and almost all of them don't even provide a warranty. Reliability with my experience was very poor. Very simple concept, with a contact between 2 points about 1/8 inch apart. When worn as suggested, these points are towards the edge of the briefs. This is the only way this thing can be attached. So when my user pee'd, unless there was a lot of it, the pee did not get to the edge of the briefs and wet the 2 points. So the alarm cannot work if there is less pee, and the alarm may not be immediate. And that is if it is working. Junk!

Didn’t work for us, but the return process was super easy.

Worked great at first and we were actually getting somewhere with the my kids bed wetting issues. After a month the unit stopped charging and won't work anymore. And of course it's after the return window. Very disappointed, it's a good design and was easy to use just pour quity.
