I took this supplement for a while, and I began to have acne type breakouts on my face. And, I had not been bothered with acne for many years, since when I was younger. I have experienced hair growth while taking this supplement. You take two tablets a day with a meal and I have not experienced any side effects while taking this.I do suffer from shedding but I think this has helped make my hair stronger as I am not shedding as much.
