I like them. Wish there was more in a pack.

No one single product will do everything. So I use a wide range of incontinence products .. from the absorbent pads (you may wish to refer to them as Wrap-Around Briefs or Diapers) to these ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY BOOSTER PAD INSERTS (used because all of the absorbent pads will leak and cause great grief if allowed to do so!). That being said .. these 'medium weight' Booster Pads are extremely satisfactory for 'certain' uses for me. IF I have only a short trip away from home to make of from one to two hours duration .. I will use these 'medium weight' absorbent booster pads inside of the Wrap-Around Briefs or with the Pull-On Briefs. And for this purpose .. because these booster pads are relatively small and thin .. they are five-star EXCEPTIONAL because I can use them either as a single booster pad or I can easily 'double-them-up' side-by-side inside of a disposable Wrap-Around Brief to give me the extra absorbent protection that I need. So for this specific short-term-usage application I rate these as a five-star product.

We use them in adult diapers overnight.

I bought these for my special needs daughter (she is 5 and is not potty trained). They have saved her clothes while she is at school. She is very active and the diapers/briefs that she wears are not that great however Medicaid pays for them so I am not complaining. If she moves the wrong way then the diaper is not able to absorb the liquid and these have been great for her while she is at school and she has not come home in a new outfit with wet clothes. This particular size is very long. It does not cover her diaper front to back, but almost. if you are looking for extra coverage I would def. give these a try. Maybe a different size if the person using them is still in store bought diapers.

Really like these - they aren’t too bulky and they do the job for overnight kiddo diaper absorbency.
