To purchase this device was a moment of weakness that I will be paying for by eating plain boiled rice for years to come. However.... what a machine and what incredible support from Razer.I've hit the half century and have purchased four computers (or possibly only three?) over a period of 15-20 years. I upgrade things a little but I'm not a high end online gamer and I purchased this high spec maching with the intention that it is going to last a long time. To that end I also upgraded the memory and added another SSD pretty much immediately but something went awry and I turned to Razer support who were superb in the assistance provided.The battery life is reasonable; you get what you expect and you'll need your mains cable for any extended use at top level. The screen is gorgeously sharp, the built-in speakers seem to be surprisingly OK and the mic is responsive. It's got all the necessary inputs and outputs.I already have a a cooling stand but the ability to tailor the fans allows for them to only be noticeable when the machine is really pushed (OK I might yet become a high end online gamer.... I had to test it didn't I!). Obviously this machine does create a lot of heat so maybe I'll also do without heating this winter!For the short period before I messed around and then also since I've had the machine back up and running (about six months at the time of this review) it has been a dream and worth a hell of a lot of boiled rice meals...

Keyboard is not for all for gaming is uncomfortable 😣 is go to hot in time wen you play ,i use 1 week and i can sey this is not gaming laptop but office or for designing i had problem with ssd an drivers for example drivers is dropped and in games you cant use rtx gpu !!

Truely awesome gaming laptop. The 360Hz FHD display is great but I like to use an external 4K UHD display. Even with graphics options set to Ultra this machine plays games in 4K without breaking a sweat.My only niggle was the keyboad didnt have some keys - PgUp, Home etc - but these were easily mapped so not really a problem.Overall, really delighted with the machine - a little bit pricey, but very powerful.

So i have had this laptop for about a year now. I have mixed feelings about it. Il start with a positive. If you get a fully working unit, then you will be impressed by the performance such a thin and light weight device can give you. Prior to the Razer i had an Alienware Area 51m, now that was a beast, but it was very heavy especially with 2 power bricks to run it. I was surprised that the Razer was like 70% of the performance but at 20% of the weight so it was a great choice for me. So it’s a great device for work and proper gaming, i would suggest you go for a different screen though as 4k is just unnecessary.Now the negatives, i have had issues with it since i bought it. I was just unlucky, it’s not an issue with all the laptops as far as i have researched. But it’s an issue with mine, and unluckily i didn’t purchase the device direct from Amazon, i purchased it from a marketplace seller called “BOX”. Despite having reported the issue multiple times, and having had it repaired by Razer (who have been fantastic by the way), BOX refuses to refund or replace the device. So basically, don’t buy from BOX, or any Amazon Marketplace seller for that matter. Only ever buy directly from Amazon. As the A to Z guarantee doesn’t mean anything either, as Amazon has refused to help with this purchase.

I bought this via the Razer shop, but wanted to leave a review here as this is a beast! I have a 3090 rig but had to give it up for space, so went with the next best on the market. Blown away by it, max settings on all games and handles VR like a camp!

This is one beast of a laptop that competes with my desktop 5950x RTX 3080.However it actually costs a lot more, so if space is not a premium buy a desktop. If money is not object and 4kg of laptop is ok this is the best that you can get in a mobile premium form factor.
