I am a regular user of probiotics and prebiotics over the years and have done quite a bit of research. I wanted to switch up the types of bacteria I was using and heard this type was good for weight and helping your digestive system overall and helps with glucose. There are more benefits of B420 too. First if you eat unhealthy foods, this and every other probiotic won't help, it just won't. You have to make healthy food choices, not perfect, but lean more healthy than not. There has been positive research on these probiotics, looking forward to new future research on this, but the B420 has been effective. If you need to curb your appetite take 1 pill 30-40 minutes before you eat, it may help you eat less. If I take it with my dinner, I won't snack at night. If I take it with lunch, then it doesn't do good for me because I won't want dinner. Eating is good, too much fasting is bad. Also, I do think it has improved my glucose, which really shocked me (Diabetic Type 2) and you have to be on top of checking your numbers. After taking your basic everyday kind of probiotics to see such a difference with these is not only promising, but it's true that each persons need for certain bacteria is different. Finding the ones you need for what ails you is the hard part. These are a good brand, I will stick with these. Popped them in the refigerator once I got them and the date looks good, well sealed, no complaints.

I meant to buy a different kind, but ended up with these. This has helped my bloating so much. So it was a great accidental find.

Been taking this for 1.5 weeks and have had terrible bloating, gas and constipation. No bueno.EDIT: with continued observation, I’ve discovered this product was. NOT the cause of my digestive upset. Been taking for 1-2 months and it seems to help with overall gut health. Also, I’ve been losing weight (sloooowly) and I believe this adds to this effect.

This product arrived a day before I left on a trip. It appears to be the correct product but I haven't had the opportunity to begin using it.

I came across a little information online about probiotics and how it could help with weight loss. Due to what seems like my uncontrollable hunger, I decided to do a little more research. That’s when I decided to bite the bullet and look for a reputable probiotic. That’s when I came across this product on Amazon. After reading many positive reviews, I decided it was worth the money to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! The probiotics came in a sturdy glass bottle and the capsules are on the smaller side. They are very easy to swallow and they have no aftertaste whatsoever. I have been taking them for a week now and have lost just shy of 10 pounds. My appetite has gone from always hungry, to finally feeling satiated with a small to normal portion of food. Most days I don’t even think about food or wanting to eat. With my hunger under control, I have been able to easily track my food intake and have found it incredibly easy to stay at or below 1200 calories a day. Adding the probiotic has literally been the only change in my routine. That in itself has made it so much easier to control my eating. I have next to no cravings anymore. I’m not saying that this is some magic pill and that you were going to drop weight just from taking it. But for me it has suppressed my appetite in a big way - a very noticeable way - and I am incredibly happy with that! I will continue to take these and will update along the way for anyone curious.

I experienced abdominal pain after 2 weeks of taking these. At first I thought I either had an appendicitis or kidney stones, but after a few days of pain and one expensive trip to the hospital, turns out it was due to the probiotics. I bought these to just keep up my body health, I have no medical issues and am moderately healthy. I thought I was doing a good thing for my body, but instead I ruined it.I am now 5 days off these probiotics and my body is back to normal and feeling great! The bottle has been tossed in the trash and I couldn't be happier.
