I just started taking this 5 days ago. I do not mind the taste. I add a tablespoon to my coffee in the morning & then take another in the afternoon. Right now, I feel good. I would say I do not feel much different except my stool is softer.

I wasn’t a believer of natural medicine, however after using this product I’m a believer. Not very tasty but well worth it.

It has a very good taste It was a bit expensive. I am hoping that it will assist in getting better with time
