Great Value!!
This knife is well made and holds up well. I work at a bakery and we use these daily to open ingredients. These knives last a long time. Worth it.

Works great!
It works great. I never got the hang of a steel. This is so easy and gives a razor sharp edge. I have had my original Furi for years. This recent purchase was a gift for a friend.

Very Good Knives
Very good knives. Well balanced handles, durable. Ran many commercial kitchens. My chefs there introduced me to them years ago. Never bought a different brand since.

Fits the hand
This knife fits perfectly in the hand and the one piece construction makes it beautiful. It's great for paring because of the shape of the handle and blade. They help prevent accidental cuts on your thumb. The one thing I don't like about it is that it is noisy. It makes a ringing sound when set down on a counter top or plate. My first one was from the Rachel Ray collection - same shape, but the handle was plastic. Not much sound when put down, but eventually the plastic cracked and became discolored.

I don't like it
It cuts. It's very sharp, as all knives are when you first get them. But I don't like the grip. Because of the shape of the grip, it spins around on the counter when you set it down, presenting a safety hazard.

Great knives
These are the best knives I’ve ever owned. They are guaranteed thru the Furi company. I have a few and will get more.

It is so handy it gets used often.
Although it does not replace a good stone sharpening, it is great at maintaining a good edge. It looks okay, and can live right next to the knifes, and not in a drawer. That is a great advantage since it gets used every time I need a knife (that and the ease of use).

Don’t hold a sharp edge
I had good success with the Yuri in the past, but the latest 2 knives seem to dull quickly and getting an edge back in is ok for about one use
