We love it. It works great and does what it needs to. It fits our 28 pound flat nose pug just about perfect. When we got it, The face piece had a strong smell which we assume it's because of the material it's made out of. A couple of washes and the smell went away. As long as it smelled like that he would fight us. Once the smell went away, hes fine with it.Update: I'm lowering the stars because it doesn't hold the inhaler tight. It takes 2 of us because one has to hold his head and the other person has to hold the inhaler and the chamber.
