Easy to assemble, easy to follow instructions and no missing pieces. Was able to put together on my own in less than an hour.The hutch is spacious enough for two guinea pigs. Does seem a little small for rabbits though.It will need either a wax coating or a rain cover, as it does not appear very water proof. The sawdust does not overspill and the drawers make cleaning easy. The bottom of the cage is metal meaning it is very easy to clean and will not rot away like most wooden floored ones will. The only gripe is some of the wooden elements are a little thin. Overall very happy with the purchase though.

First ever review I’ve written, only because this is a waste of money. Very poor quality and cheaply made especially for the price. My male rabbit likes to stomp his feet when he does get attention and the first day he did it split the bottom of the cage and bedding went everywhere. Because it’s cheep metal as well he could have easily cut himself on it. Please for the saftey or your animal do not but this.

What a nightmare it was to get this item! First delivery got lost, second attempt, it was returned as the courier said I wasn’t home when in fact I hadn’t been out all day!3rd time a charm.?.? Well it arrived and I’m so not impressed with it. For the money that I paid for this, it is so flimsy and maybe I am asking for too much for the price of it but not even pre drilled holes for the screws.The top is an absolute eye sore but hey ho …. It Is the final screw in a tacky flimsy hutch!

bought this hutch for my 2 guinea pigs, it arrived and all was well until assembled - the item was not sturdy, quality was so poor for the amount i paid definitely overpriced! the hutch itself seems tiny for what i needed but advertised as though it is a good fit. very disappointed, the wood needs sanding down, a few rough edges/spilts and the lockable part fell of after a day. please don't bother purchasing i'm already looking to replace the item with something bigger and better it isn't weather proof either. the only positive is that its lightweight and looks nice.

wouldnt recommend this cage to anybody had a week and my rabbits 7 months old and the metal at bottom has gone threw lucky my rabbit was not hurt

This looks like a nice rabbit hutch, got it for my two buns along with an x pen. it looks very nice but is a bit cramped. the wood is also a bit flimsy and one of the legs came with a crack in it. The wood was cut badly so i had to sand down some of the edges. wouldn't reccomend for rabbits as they can fit under it and my naughty bunnies peed underneath so it was a bit tricky cleaning up! we are getting something else soon. Just want to add that rabbits should not be kept in a hutch without a 4x4 x pen aswell. our buns are just babys and we are planning to allow them free reign of the house once we litter train them.
