Great help for my feet
These are similar to ones that cost me over $100 at a specialty shoe boutique. These work just as well if not better. I have high arches and neuromas on both feet and these inserts have been fantastic! I highly recommend them.

Best insoles I've found for my metatarsal declination
These insoles give good support for my metatarsal arch declination. It does take a little while to get used to them, but once you do, you won't want to walk without them. I was confused by the wording of the ad and picture. I thought two pairs were included but it is only on pair, a left and a right. They show two pair in the picture and who buys one insole? They are usually sold in pairs so the combination of a picture of two pairs and the number 2 in the ad was misleading to me, but I guess I'm in the minority on that.I also thought the price reflected two pair. They seem pricey to me compared to other insoles, but they do work.

Work for Metatarsalgia, even though they take some time getting used to
Haven't worn them outside yet only around the house for a couple of hours a day in order to get used to them as is indicated by the manufacturer. Although they are a bit uncomfortable they do seem to be working, but you can't wear loose or oversized shoes otherwise they won't stay in place, which is crucial when wearing these. They relieve the pressure that you experience at the forefront of your foot due to the added arch support. They work well for flat feet (low or no arches).

Not good for natural high arch.
The inserts worked great for my Mortons Neuroma however, If you have high arches naturally you may want to hold off on purchasing because this increases your inner arch. After months of wearing, the outer part of my knees only when kneeling had a painful burning sensation. It started to intensify and I saw an orthopedic doctor and turns out because of my high arch and the insert, it put pressure on the outer part of the knee. X-ray was ok but wanted to give you this information.

You can reshape the arch support!
These insoles are strong and durable, but the arch support was too high for me. The Amazon listing (but not the packaging) gives instructions on reshaping the insole to customize the fit. I’ll chime in with exactly how I did it. Both my Physical Therapist and I are really happy with how this worked. By the way, the sizing chart is off for women at least. I wear a US 8.5, but for this insole I ordered the 9 - 9.5. Measure your existing insole from the shoes you want to use these in and order by length, not shoe size.Reshaping instructions:Put a couple inches (5cm) of water in a pot large enough to let the insole lie flat, and bring it to a simmer. Put the insole in and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to use the plastic bag (I used a grocery bag) and sock for the next steps to keep from burning your foot with the hot water. Use tongs to remove the insole from the pot, put the insole in the plastic bag and put it on the floor. With a sock on your foot, stand on the insole, then kneel so you can position your foot squarely on the insole. Ensure that the arch support feels right. Now stand back up and keep your foot still on the insole. Stand for 5 minutes to let the insole harden. After 5 minutes, remove the insole from the bag and set it aside to dry. Repeat for other foot.

Great orthotics at a great price
I have plantar fasciitis and was having major pain in my feet because of it. I started wearing Birkenstocks and they are great for my feet, but sometimes you have to wear regular shoes…. I ordered a different brand of orthotics, but they never came and I had to cancel the order. I tried these, and I love them. They fit well in my shoes (after removing the insole that comes with the shoe). I showed them to my podiatrist, and he was so impressed with the quality for the price that he wrote down the brand in order to recommend them to other patients. In my opinion, these orthotics are equal to or better than some that you might pay $70or more for.

Not the product I expected
The advertising pictures appear to show a carbon fiber weave from heel to toe. Exactly the support I wanted. Total lightweight stiffness to support healing toe joints. Or put them in my walking shoes for some support while hiking. In reality, only the small plastic shell (see pictures) is stiff. The "carbon fiber" weave is all for show. These are mostly just squishy cushion inserts. Paid a lot for something I don't need and didn't ask for.

Insoles are shorter than shoe size stated.
These seem good quality and are comfortable, but they are too short for all but one pair of shoes I tried them in. The toe end should be longer and adjustable. I need to buy a size larger to fill the length of the shoe interior and keep it in place.
