Woah!
This actually worked! I got my first bottle as a gift and after taking it for a month, I ordered another!I was certain this would do nothing. Frankly, I never put much stock in herbals. I was seriously surprised. I have had high cortisol for years and it has wiped me out.I take one three times a day during work hours and it has helped me stay focused and get more done. It's subtle like a cup of coffee but it has mental clarity as well as a bit of alertness.I sleep better in the evenings and wake up refreshed. I feel ridiculous being so excited about some herbs and vitamins but I'm really happy with the results.I think this is definitely worth a shot. I am so grateful it's only twelve dollars. I've seen herbal supplements in the thirty dollar range.

Feeling good, doing great.
Got my AA formula last week and have been taking it regularly. In just a few days I find myself sitting at my desk focusing on my work more attentively. Normally I'm a bit scattered in task-tackling, moving from one thing to another quickly without necessarily finishing each project in its entirety – which in and of itself leads to anxious and stressful feelings. But this past week I've actually sat down and knocked projects out one at a time without straying my focus.

Its ok. Not much of a difference
I've been taking this for over a month. Every day. It has had little affect on my anxiety. Maybe a slight ease? If you are stressed this may work but if your high functioning anxiety, Stick to the meds.
