Beautiful and functional
Just the right size to keep your kosher salt or any salt for that matter handy. It has a nice lid to protect the salt from things getting into it. When the mice come in for the winter, they use open crocks as "litterboxes" for mice. Good quality. I bought several to keep my various salt products in.

Wish the lid was easier to take off
This is study, good quality, and looks great! My only issue is that the lid can be tricky to take off because it’s slippery glass with no handle of any kind.

It's a good salt cellar.
It's a glass jar. it seals tight enough that the salt doesn't draw moisture. The lid has survived one encounter from about 3 feet with the tile kitchen floor unscathed. There's not much more to say about it.

Clear glass with lid, round salt pig.
I have big hands and the opening is comfortable to get a pinch. The lid doesn’t have a seal but does fit snug. Haven’t had any issues with moisture. Plain, functional and attractive.
